The newly-renovated Crowne Plaza Houston Medical Center is located at 8686 Kirby Drive in Houston, Texas. Please visit their web site for details about their facilities. A special rate will be available to conference attendees who wish to reserve a room. Details will be forthcoming in the near future.

 

The layout of the meeting facilities will be available for download at a later date. Registration will be located in the "Pre-Function" area. All breakout sessions will take place in the San Jacinto rooms. The Exhibitors Area will be located in Salons 1 and 2 of the Sam Houston Ballroom, and the luncheon and evening festivities will all take place in Salon 3 of the Sam Houston Ballroom.
