Who will attend?
A large focused gathering of environmental professionals, representing a multimillion dollar market, will be in attendance at the Environmental Challenges and Innovations Conference: Gulf Coast 2011. These professionals represent a variety of practice settings including industry, consulting, the legal profession, regulatory and government agencies, service companies, and academia, who are collectively dedicated to enhancing the environmental profession. In its 5th year, this one-day event is designed to be an interdisciplinary conference, providing a professionally challenging forum to share new ideas and information related to a broad range of environmental issues of interest to those in industry, government agencies, academia, consulting/service companies and environmental and conservation associations. More than 300 persons attended ECIC10, showing that the environmental community will seek out quality educational and networking opportunities even during challenging times.
For vendors and suppliers, the conference presents an excellent marketing opportunity to interact and sell to managers, consultants, engineers, attorneys, planners, scientists, educators, auditors, assessors, and other environmental professionals involved in the research and delivery of environmental solutions to complex challenges.

What are the benefits?
You will have the opportunity to increase your sales, boost your profits, and save your time and energy by meeting prime customers and prospects on a one-on-one basis in a relaxed atmosphere conducive to in-depth discussion.
Exhibits will be situated in a spacious room with basic electrical hookups and an easy
access loading door. The layout of the room
has been carefully planned to encourage conference attendees to visit your exhibit. The breakfast and break refreshments will be served in the exhibit ballroom.
A cash bar social has been planned with our exhibitors in mind. We want to encourage people to stay after the conference and for those who cannot attend the full day to stop by after work and visit with our exhibitors. We will have entertainment and will announce the winners of our Silent Auction at 6:30 p.m. These activities will all take place in the Sam Houston Ballroom. All vendors are encouraged to remain through the social; exhibits do not have to be removed until after 7:00 p.m.
