Organizational Statement:

Enbridge Energy Company, Inc, a leader in crude and natural gas transportation, gathering, and processing, has an immediate opening for a Sr. Environmental Advisor coordinate Environmental Compliance with a concentration in Air Compliance for all East and North East Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi facilities and pipelines.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all facilities meet necessary air permitting requirements.
* Responsible for achievement of EH&S Objectives and Goals.
Responsible for federal, state and local reporting of maintenance and upset emission events.
* Responsible for completing all necessary air quality reporting requirements including Title V.
* Strategize, coordinate, obtain and assist with air permitting new or modified facilities.
* Perform annual Title V audits at all facilities.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local air quality regulations and manage regulatory citation issues.
* Designated contact for all federal, state and local air compliance regulators.
Manage efficiently dollars spent on environmental controls and environmental compliance measures.
* Complete annual emissions inventories, fee payments, Tier II Reporting, and Form U Reporting
* Coordinate all regulatory environmental inspections.
* Coordinate all required emissions testing and VOC fugitive component monitoring.
* Train plant personnel on air quality requirements.

Qualifications:
* Engineering, Environmental, or related degree with 5+ years of related experience with strong air permitting and compliance experience for the natural gas industry in Texas.
* Ability to work in a self guided, independent environment.
* Ability to manage the work of environmental consultants.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Other qualifications include the ability to comprehend diverse regulatory, scientific and technical issues, and the ability to communicate, orally and written, to a wide variety of people, including employees, management, regulatory agencies, and the public. 
* Must be able to work independently and also to coordinate and manage activities requiring the use of environmental, DOT and safety consultants or contractors. 
* Some travel required.

Environmental Engineer - Houston, TX

Position Description
Will design and review environmental and construction projects under the Environmental Program at Johnson Space Center (JSC). Will identify, assess and resolve problems involving environmental issues. Will conduct required environmental tests, analysis and observations and will evaluate results and make recommendations as necessary for maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies.

Required Skills
3 to 5 years experience designing and reviewing environmental and construction projects. Experience in RCRA, CERCLA, or NEPA project management, site assessment, site restoration and restoration technologies, corrective action and closure plans. Experience in managing
hazardous waste storage facilities, developing policies, plans, procedures, developing and implementing pollution prevention, affirmative procurement, waste minimization programs, activities, plans, and recommending new technologies, preferred. Experience with TCEQ
regulations and guidance especially the Texas Risk Reduction rules, EPA, OSHA and DOT regulations, a plus.

Education
B.S. Degree in Environmental, Chemical or Civil Engineering.

Environmental Program Manager - Houston, TX

Position Description
Will oversee and manage the Environmental Program and contract execution at Johnson Space Center (JSC). Management functions include assuring that cost, schedule, and technical objectives of this contract are achieved; managing and reporting on the Contractor's and any
subcontractor's activities; communicating with NASA managers, regulatory personnel, and technical personnel; major procurement activities in the acquisition of systems, subsystems, elements of subsystems, and for repair and updating them as required; negotiating credibly and
representing NASA as an efficient, effective, and innovative leader in the environmental field

Required Skills
5 years continuous work experience as an environmental manager at a large, multi-employer and multi-discipline Federal aerospace (preferred) or commercial manufacturing facility, operating as a large quantity generator of hazardous wastes, and plant operations preferably in an ozone non- attainment area. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a must. 15+ years of continuous experience in multiple, major, environmental programs with a demonstrated record of compliance and continual improvement, and recent Texas environmental experience working with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS), EPA Region VI, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT) and local regulatory agency laws, standards, and guidance materials preferred.

Education
BS Degree in an Environmental Science, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other related science degree. Must have a valid license from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or obtain prior to the end of the first year of
employment.
