The Texas Association of Environmental Professionals (TAEP) is the premier organization for environmental professionals in the State of Texas. One of the primary aims of TAEP is the advancement of the environmental profession and the establishment of a forum to discuss important environmental issues.

Topic: Silencing the Noise: New Technology to Obtain Time-Integrated Average Groundwater Concentration Over Months



Bio: Dr. McHugh is an environmental consultant with GSI Environmental, in Houston, Texas. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Toxicology and has over 25 years of experience in the environmental industry with academic research and private consulting organizations. He has been a Principal with GSI Environmental since 2003. He received a B.A. in Biochemistry and Environmental Science from Rice University (1990), an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University (1993), and a Ph.D. in Toxicology from the University of Washington (1997). Dr. McHugh has extensive project experience in environmental site investigation, site restoration, and human health and ecological risk assessment.

 The Texas Association of Environmental Professionals is pleased to announce that the Ninth Biennial Environmental Challenges and Innovations Conference Gulf Coast will take place on October 19, 2017 at the Hilton Westchase, 9999 Westheimer Road Houston, Texas 77042. This one-day event will provide a local forum for environmental professionals in the industry, government agencies, and consulting service companies, as well as university students in the greater Houston area to share technical presentations with their peers.
