Frequently Asked Questions

Who will attend?

A large focused gathering of environmental professionals, representing a multimillion dollar market, will be in attendance at the Environmental Challenges and Innovations Conference: Gulf Coast 2017. These professionals represent a variety of practice settings including industry, consulting, the legal profession, regulatory and government agencies, service companies, and academia, who are collectively dedicated to enhancing the environmental profession. In its 5th year, this one-day event is designed to be an interdisciplinary conference, providing a professionally challenging forum for sharing new ideas and information related to a broad range of environmental issues of interest to those in an industry, government agencies, academia, consulting/service companies and environmental and conservation associations.

For vendors and suppliers, the conference presents an excellent marketing opportunity to interact and sell to managers, consultants, engineers, attorneys, planners, scientists, educators, auditors, assessors, and other environmental professionals involved in the research and delivery of environmental solutions to complex challenges.

What are the benefits?

You will have the opportunity to increase your sales, boost your profits, and save your time and energy by meeting prime customers and prospects on a one-on-one basis in a relaxed atmosphere conducive to in-depth discussion.

Exhibits will be situated in a spacious room with basic electrical hookups and an easy access loading door.  The layout of the room has been carefully planned to encourage conference attendees to visit your exhibit.  The breakfast and break refreshments will be served in the exhibit ballroom.

A cash bar social has been planned with our exhibitors in mind. We want to encourage people to stay after the conference and for those who cannot attend the full day to stop by after work and visit with our exhibitors. We will have entertainment and will announce the winners of our Silent Auction at 6:30 p.m. All vendors are encouraged to remain through the social; exhibits do not have to be removed until after 7:00 p.m.

How do I register as an exhibitor?
The exhibitor registration fee is $450.

What does my exhibitor fee include?
Your registration fee of $450 entitles your organization to a 10' by 10' exhibitor space and admission for one person to work the booth. All additional attendees must register and pay separately. Each exhibitor fee includes lunch, breaks, and all conference materials. The names of all exhibiting companies will be listed in the conference program. Wireless internet is expected to be available but cannot be guaranteed. (Please check with the venue if you must have internet service available at your booth.)  Advertising space is available to exhibitors and other companies participating in our Underwriter program (click here for details).

Final assignments of exhibitor locations will be made by the planning committee exhibits coordinator.

What is not included in my exhibitor fee?
