Speaker: Michele Wilkins, REM, PWS,Environmental Specialist/ENV UAS Coordinator Natural Resources Management, Natural Resources Management, TxDOT Environmental Affairs Division

Speaker Bio: Michele Wilkins graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Geography and Master of Applied Geography – Resource and Environmental Studies from Texas State University.  After working in consulting, environmental non-profit, and county government focusing on water resources and mitigation banking, Michele joined TxDOT and is currently working as an Environmental Specialist and UAS Coordinator for ENV.

Walk-ins will be accommodated on a space-available basis only and will incur a $10.00 surcharge. Cancellations after Midnight on April 19th as well as no-shows will be invoiced.  Substitutions are allowed without penalty.
