Conference Overview

The Texas Association of Environmental Professionals in partnership with the Industry Council on the Environment is pleased to announce that the Environmental Challenges and Innovations Conference (ECIC) – Gulf Coast will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

This one-day event provides a local forum for environmental professionals in industry, government agencies, consulting service companies, and university students in the greater Houston and Gulf Coast region to share technical presentations, exchange information, and network with their peers.

ECIC 2026 will include technical presentations, professional development opportunities, networking, exhibitor engagement, scholarship fundraising support, a lunchtime keynote speaker, and an evening social. Additional agenda and track details will be posted as they are finalized.

Industry – Regulatory – Consulting

TAEP is requesting abstracts for 30-minute presentations for ECIC 2026. Discussion panels are also being considered as a new element of this year’s conference. If you are interested in leading or participating in a panel, please indicate that when submitting your abstract.
